Songs for Retreat

Ignatius recorded his own spiritual journey and invited others to meditate on central aspects of faith such as being a dependent creature, a loved sinner, and a disciple called to follow the living Christ. These "Spiritual Exercises" originally took 30 days full-time and were organized into phases or "weeks." Today the meditations are often adapted into an extended retreat in daily life.
